Add images, logos and videos

Updated 17 September 2026

Bring in photos, your logo and video clips from the built-in library or your own uploads, then shape them to fit the layout.

Library images and your own uploads

  1. Open Images and search or browse the thumbnails. Select an image to add it to the page.
  2. For your own files, open My Images and choose Upload. Select the file, wait for it to appear, then click it to place it. My Videos has its own Upload control.
  3. Move and resize the inserted object. With an image selected, the toolbar offers Flip, Effects, Fit to page, Apply mask, Crop and Animate.
My Images has its own Upload button and search field.

Crop an image

Select the image and choose Crop. Adjust the crop area on the canvas, then choose Done — or Cancel to leave without changes. Cropping changes which part of the image is visible; it doesn't shrink the whole image.

Crop mode replaces the usual toolbar with Done and Cancel.

Mask an image into a shape

For a circular or shaped image, choose Apply mask and pick a shape from the panel. The mask sets the image's visible outline. If the image now covers text that should sit in front, use Position to change the stacking order.

The mask panel offers circles, stars, arrows and other outlines.

Videos: trim, volume and speed

  1. Open Videos for the library or My Videos for your uploads, then select a clip.
  2. Select the video on the canvas. Trim opens the clip strip — drag its end controls to keep just the section you want. The strip shows the clip length.
  3. Use Volume for sound level and Speed for the playback rate. is normal speed. Preview after changing either.
  4. Check the page length afterwards: adding a clip that is longer than the page extends the page to match. See Page duration and the timeline.
A selected video exposes Trim, Volume and Speed in the top bar.
Sound on screen: not every screen has speakers switched on. If audio matters, check the volume on the device itself as well as in the design. Only use media you have permission to display.
